The most unique advantage that The Vault offers over all other luxury asset storage solutions is that all clients of The Vault automatically qualify for Borro’s Luxury Line of Credit in an amount based on the asset or assets being stored. Clients can access this line of credit at any time and receive a wire transfer on the same business day as a benefit of storing their luxury asset in The Vault.

There is no additional cost to have an open line of credit with Borro – interest fees are incurred only when the line is drawn against. There are also no credit checks or personal guarantees. If a client chooses to draw against their line, their loan is secured by their asset(s) stored in The Vault.

Contact Borro with your asset details and borrowing needs to arrange for insured shipping of your asset to our Borro’s headquarters. If you are located in the New York area, we can schedule an in-person appointment.

Once your asset arrives, Borro performs an expert valuation of the asset to determine the size of the loan or credit line that your asset qualifies for. You are notified of the amount of your Luxury Line of Credit and the terms via DocuSign contract.

To retrieve your asset(s) from The Vault, you simply contact Borro by phone or email to close out any outstanding balance on their credit line and the asset will be shipped back and fully insured.

Borro uses advanced protocols for asset handling and tracking, and our vaults are among the most secure. We will coordinate secure shipping of your assets via FedEx or private courier. As soon as your assets arrive to our headquarters, everything is opened under video and placed directly in our vault.
